TURNBERRY ISLE YACHT & RACQUET CLUB - Aventura, FL
Morris Design Group did the original design scheme for the Yacht Club, which included the main dining room and bar, the private dining rooms, the disco, the private hotel and the public spaces for the original club and first tower block.

MT. SINAI MEDICAL CENTER OFFICE TOWER - Miami Beach, FL

The newest addition to the extensive medical complex, Morris Design Group designed the interior, which include two level lobby reception spaces connected by escalators, patient information center, waiting rooms, private dining areas for doctors, staff dining areas, elevators, and corridors leading to various offices and clinics. Morris Design Group was involved with individual office space planning and coordination.

CHRISTIANA HILTON HOTEL - Wilmington, Delaware
Complete design package for 350 room hotel, including port-cochere, main lobby, concierge, specialty dining, library bar, brasserie, conservatory bar/restaurant, pre-function, ballroom, meeting rooms, pool area, spa and exercise areas, board room, pivot rooms (multi-function meeting rooms), offices and corridors.

TRYALL GOLF, TENNIS & BEACH CLUB - Montego Bay, Jamaica
A total renovation of the existing facility damaged by Hurricane Gilbert. Areas included were all guestrooms, main dining room, café, beach terrace restaurant, bars and lobbies.

SPYGLASS HILL VILLA - Montego Bay, Jamaica
Total renovation of a small private resort, including the reception/sitting room, dining rooms, guest suites and creation of a new spa area. Direct coordination between Morris Design Group and the landscape architect embellished the existing pool area with lush tropical designs incorporating rock pools trickling down to the main swimming pool all in keeping with the Caribbean island style.

WAYNE NEWTON’S TAMIMENT RESORT AND COUNTRY CLUB - Tamiment, PA
Originally planned as a year-round time sharing development, Morris Design Group designed the main clubhouse public spaces, the connecting hotel rooms wing, and the individual time sharing cabins scattered throughout the property. Morris Design Group provided the complete graphics and signage package including all the designs for the staff uniforms

CAPITAL PLAZA HOTEL - Frankfurt, Kentucky
Complete design package for the 300 room and suite hotel including the main lobby, lobby bar featuring water fall wall separating the lobby bar from another bar, pre-function and ballroom, permanent theater style seating conference center, specialty restaurant, high energy lounge, informal dining room, pool area including a workout spa area

ROYCE CARLIN HOTEL - Huntington, L I, New York
Complete design for a 320 room and suite hotel including the mm lobby with atrium restaurant and piano bar overlooking a sunken glass enclosed swimming pool, gourmet restaurant, two story high energy entertainment lounge, 6000 square foot bal1room, plus breakout areas, conference center and meeting rooms Special feature includes custom designed chandeliers in ballroom and pre-function.

COLUMBIA HILTON HOTEL - Columbia, Maryland
A five-story atrium designed hotel with guestroom corridors overlooking lobby courtyard Lobby contained lobby bar and restaurant in addition to general lobby functions A ballroom, pre-function corridor, meeting rooms abutted lobby with another wing housing a gourmet restaurant and upscale cocktail lounge

BALMORAL BEACH HOTEL - Nassau, Bahamas
Complete design package for 300-room hotel and casino resort Included specialty restaurant, lobby bar and restaurant, nightclub, ballroom complex and convention areas housing meeting spaces, breakout areas and special multi-purpose areas

CARIBBEAN SUNSHINE DEVELOPMENT- St. Maarten, N.A
Complete design package for a 600 seat casino, 200 time sharing units and 300
hotel guestrooms in the center of Freidericstatd. Morris Design Group not only designed this project but also was responsible for purchasing, delivery to island and site installation. The owner required this complete service six months and Morris Design Group was able to complete the project on time and on budget.

SHERATON PLAZA HOTEL - Chicago, Illinois
Total renovation of all guestrooms, suites, and corridors. Complete redesign of the main lobby area to create a windbreak as well as allowing for new ballroom and breakout areas A new gourmet restaurant and cocktail lounge were incorporated into the design.

FONTAINBLEAU HILTON HOTEL - Miami Beach, Florida
During the S18 million renovation, Morris Design Group was hired to renovate all the suites for the property. Later the project was expanded to include corridors, and designs for the main lobbies, lobby restaurant, ballroom complex and additional guestrooms.

ROYAL BISCAYNE HOTEL - Key Biscayne, Florida
Guestroom renovation for the entire hotel, included up-grading all bathrooms. Major mechanical work was done simultaneously with the work. The main requirement that no more than 15 rooms at one time were out-of-order was met.

CARAVANSERAI BEACH HOTEL - St Maarten, N.A.
Renovation of entire property to include all public spaces, guestrooms and meeting areas. Extensive outdoor use areas, pool bar, outdoor dining etc.

SHERATON INN-NEWARK - Newark, New Jersey
Renovation of all guestrooms and suites. Design for lobby expansion and modification of lounge and restaurant.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

20.000 SQ. FT. PRIVATE RESIDENCE - Orlando, FL
An ultra hi-tech interior design of a contemporary residence which includes the kitchen design, bath design for 14 bathrooms, a multi-purpose entertainment room which contains a 10’ television screen with viewing area for 12 people, game are, billiards room, and 8 seat bar lounge area Morris Design Group used Asahi glass to cover entire wall surfaces to create the illusion of ‘floating walls.’ Also included is a spa and workout area holding 9 pieces of Nautilus equipment as well as a separate Tennis Pavilion housing living spaces as well as guestrooms and outdoor terrace for watching tennis games State of the art lighting is used throughout the house including tube lighting running in and out of the swimming pool, and motion sensitive overhead lighting, which is activated upon entering a room and automatically turns off upon exiting Multi-level audio and visual components are concealed in custom wall units in various rooms throughout the residence, including five monitors in the office/den.

6800 SQ. FT. PRIVATE RESIDENCE - Bal Harbour, FL
This contemporary residence incorporates unusual and costly finishes; a natural crystal chandelier four feet in diameter, leather and onyx floors, wood paneled walls accented with wrapped leather, and a powder room inlaid with the semi-precious stone Tiger’s Eye. The majority of the furniture was custom designed for this project, giving the residence an exclusive and distinctive ambiance impossible to be duplicated.

15,000 SQ. FT. FARMHOUSE - Kentucky
Listed on the Registry of Historic Buildings, it was moved 300 yards back from the highway and new wings were added to the existing structure incorporating pool and spa areas, and guest and servant wings.

8000 SQ. FT. PRIVATE RESIDENCE - Bal Harbour, FL
An eclectic scheme combining traditional and contemporary furnishings Custom designed wall units in the dining room, great room, master bedroom, and den allowed Morris Design Group to conceal audio/visual equipment while at the same time allowing for optimum vision and sound A custom seven-foot high chandelier was designed for the entry foyer to hang in the center of the spiral staircase Special consideration was given to a1low for an art collection to be prominent without overwhelming the residence, A large multi-level terrace and pool area was designed to make the best use of the intracoastal and the client’s dock both from an aesthetic and security point.

21,000 SQ. FT. PRIVATE RESIDENCE - Indian Creek, FL
A landmark residence designed for one of Miami’s top contemporary art collectors. A contemporary scheme was designed to set off a multi-million dollar art collection while at the same time giving the house a functional warm and home-like feeling A newly designed 6,000 ft art gallery was built on the roof to increase the clients art holdings
